4D Shuttle
A Finnish‑engineered, multi‑directional shuttle that moves in any direction inside the rack. Rising wheels enable effortless direction changes, delivering maximum layout freedom, high storage density and fully automated pallet handling for diverse SKU profiles.
Dual‑Shuttle
A high‑performance mother–child shuttle system for pallet warehouses. The mother shuttle moves along the main aisle while the child shuttle stores and retrieves pallets deep inside the rack.This enables fast cycles, continuous operation and exceptional space efficiency.
Satellite Shuttle
The satellite shuttle system is a semi-automated storage solution that delivers excellent space utilisation without major investment. It enables high-density, cost-efficient pallet storage in a compact and reliable system.

Maintenance is built into every Kovasat system from the beginning. Through Kovasat Service, our service team and trusted partners handle installation, maintenance, and long-term support for the systems we deliver. With fast access to spare parts and direct support from the original system provider, we ensure reliable performance throughout the warehouse lifecycle.
Durologic WMS is Kovasat’s proprietary warehouse management software that provides complete control over inventory, pallet flows, and automated systems. Seamlessly integrated with Lavasto and other automation solutions, it ensures efficient operations, optimised storage, and reliable throughput.
Product Information Management (PIM) within Durologic enables accurate, centralised data management for all products in the warehouse. With real-time information and automated updates, it simplifies planning, reduces errors, and supports smooth warehouse operations across multiple product lines.
